Being an adult can be hard.
Trust me… I know!
From dealing with finances to balancing responsibilities, maintaining relationships, and finding your place in the world, I know just how hard “adulting” can be.
When a life-changing event happens (such as moving, starting a new school or job, or beginning or ending a relationship), it can feel like your world is turned upside down. This can be especially true for those of us who are highly sensitive and/or experience anxiety. You might reassess relationships, shut down, or act out. You may find yourself asking, “who am I?” You might grieve the loss of the person you once were.
Although change can feel unsettling and destabilizing…
It doesn’t always have to feel so bad.
Let me help you feel like YOU again.
I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to help you process your feelings and experiences, explore your patterns, and increase self-awareness with a type of therapy called sandtray therapy.
I work with women in their 20s and 30s experiencing:
- Life transitions (i.e. moving, changing schools/jobs)
- Depressed and anxious mood
- Grief and loss
- School difficulties
- Demanding jobs
- Low self-esteem
Through a combination of talk, art, and sandtray therapy, we can work through life’s challenges together.
